In preperation for the creation of my main video i will be creating later, I have been experiementing with Camera Shots and Camera Angles.
Camera Shots
Extreme Long Shot - This shot normally takes place at a start of a video to etablish the location and time of the videoor film.
Long Shot - This shot usually establishes a Character by showing a full body shot of them.
Middle Shot - This shot usually shows a character closer up than the Long Shot and allows the audience to see more emotion.
Close Up - This shot usually shows the character from the shoulders upwards.
Extreme Close Up - This shot usually shows either a character or object in heavy close up.
Camera Angles
Zoom In / Out - This is where the camera zooms in on the subject while staying where it is.
Track In / Out - This is very similar to the zoom except it is the camera that moves closer or further away instead of it zooming.
Pan - This is where the camera moves from side to side or up and down to follow a subject
Tilt - This is where a camera pans up or down on an axis. Usually done with the aid of a tripod.
